Five All in the Fifth Entertainment is a Los Angeles–based production company currently developing, financing, and producing feature film, television, documentary, and digital projects. No matter the format or genre, we seek to tell compelling, authentic stories with engaging, relatable characters.
Five All was founded as the production arm of BroBible.com, a leading online destination for 18- to 34-year-olds. In November 2012, Woven Digital acquired BroBible, and Five All was spun off as an independent production company.
Five All teams up with some of the leading studios, networks, producers, directors, writers, showrunners, actors, musical artists, and other top Hollywood talent, in front of and behind the camera, to bring our projects to life.
Five All is represented by WME and Morris Yorn.
Douglas Banker is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Five All in the Fifth Entertainment. Banker serves as Executive Producer on all Five All projects and actively pursues new partnerships and projects. After graduating from the University of Richmond, Banker opened Katai Capital, a boutique music production imprint with a recording studio in Times Square. In February 2009, Banker founded and launched BroBible.com, LLC, a media, entertainment, and events company. As its online audience scaled to more than 2.6 million monthly readers, BroBible established a highly successful live-events business, including sold-out concerts across the country; a burgeoning film/TV/digital production arm (now Five All); and multiple merchandise and publishing offerings, including a book published by Simon & Schuster imprint Gallery Books. In November 2012, BroBible was acquired by media and technology company Woven Digital.
Alex Garinger is the Chief Creative Officer and co-founder of Five All in the Fifth Entertainment. Garinger oversees creative development on all Five All projects and is co-writing several feature films. He comes to the film and television world after more than a dozen years working in journalism and publishing. His editorial career started in high school writing for his hometown's weekly newspaper. At Duke University, he rose through the ranks at the daily student newspaper, The Chronicle, to become Editor his senior year. In New York, Garinger took an internship at City Magazine, a national lifestyle title, and within two years was named Executive Editor. In the summer of 2008, Banker came calling with an idea for a new website, and Garinger was soon the founding Editor of BroBible.com. When the site was acquired by Woven Digital in 2012, its traffic had reached more than 2.6 million uniques and 38 million pageviews per month.
